会员7353：非常好，太喜欢了，环境优美，房间卫生很好，特别是无论是前台还是服务员都是态度很好，有问题能及时解决，而且酒店里还有游泳池、健身房、温泉泡池，梅子湖的栈道连接着酒店，每天都去栈道走一趟，空气清新，环境优美，下次去还要去住几天。
会员6358：酒店处于山上，环境非常好，空气清新，可能酒店开业蛮久了，设施看上去有点陈旧，但收拾得蛮干净，服务人员还是比较热情，对客人提出的问题能够迅速上门查看给予解决。总体而言性价比还不错。
会员1546：酒店环境不错，走进这家酒店，实在是喜欢，服务很棒，房间的卫生干净，每天都有新鲜的水果配送；酒店用餐很方便，中午点个中餐，下午吃酒店的自助火锅，菜品丰富，饭后走走沿湖栈道，很是舒服，下次约着家人来，孩子们肯定喜欢
猴猴：已经是第6次来云南玩了，这次从昆明先到抚仙湖小住了两晚，然后驱车400多公里到了普洱。看中了开元的品牌，所以选择住在这里。酒店是有些年头的了，房间里的清洁卫生还算可以，给免费升了湖景房，入住的时候发现烧水壶已煮好了热水。6号楼里里面有泡温泉，试了试水温感觉不热就没有泡。晚餐是在酒店餐厅用餐的，服务没想到挺好的。酒店有通往梅子湖的栈道，吃了饭逛了逛，挺安静的，不错～
